16 Product after-sales service scope and service period.
The warranty period is 12 months from shipment of the product, but not more than 18 months from the date of manufacture of the equipment.
During the warranty period, the SELLER shall take full responsibility for supplying parts which fail due to design, machining, material etc. quality defect. After warranty period, at BUYER’s request, the SELLER is liable to provide maintenance service at reasonable charge.
